Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Industry Restrictions: Open solely to legitimate businesses, certified service providers, and working corporate professionals operating within or directly serving the construction, real estate development, and building lifecycle. Contestants representing these entities must be legal residents aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating in this Campaign, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Official Rules. You agree to accept the decisions of Built America Magazine as final and binding as it relates to the content and execution of this promotional sweepstakes.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Monday, June 1, 2026, and will officially close on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. Any digital entries logged after this designated deadline will be automatically disqualified.

4. How to Enter: Entry requires a verified subscription to our website email newsletter alongside completion of social media compliance (Follow, Like, and Comment) as outlined on our official campaign posts. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Specification & Restrictions (IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION): The single (1) verified Winner of the Campaign will receive one (1) full-page advertisement spot running across three (3) consecutive issues exclusively within the Premium Digital Publication of Built America Magazine.

  • Print Edition Availability: The prize covers digital distribution only. Inclusion in the physical, premium print-on-demand edition is not included as part of the free prize pool.

  • Paid Print Upgrade: If the selected winner desires to have their full-page advertisement published within the physical, premium print edition of those 3 consecutive issues, the winner must independently purchase the print placement space directly from Built America Magazine at standard corporate rates.

  • General Conditions: The digital prize carries absolutely no retail cash value, is strictly non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for alternative digital marketing products, editorial services, or cash substitutes.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The single winner will be selected via a blind, random drawing utilizing an electronic randomized picker tool on June 30, 2026. The potential winner will be officially notified via the business email address provided during the newsletter subscription step within five (5) business days. Built America Magazine will manually verify LinkedIn profile compliance before finalizing the prize.
